Hello, I'm Kumagai, a design engineer based in Tokyo.

Currently, I am involved in app development at an HR-focused company, transitioning between the roles of UI designer and engineer to enhance user experience and streamline the development process.

I studied architecture at university and worked on product development at a housing manufacturer. However, I was drawn to the potential of digital products and shifted my career to become a software engineer. Drawing on my architecture background—including a long-term perspective on operations and maintenance, as well as UX design—I excel at seamlessly bridging design and implementation.

Additionally, through programming, I explore ways to go beyond mere implementation, leveraging technology to enrich user experiences and discover new possibilities for expression.
